However thing can be controlled and you can have your dream body, all it takes is willingness, determination and knowledge of what to eat what not to eat.

What to eat

Prefer fresh fruits over fruit juice and fresh fruit juice over bottled juice as it contains artificial flavors and colors. Fruits and vegetables with higher water contain like watermelon, tomatoes etc. can be eaten generously as they contain 90-95% water. They don’t add extra pounds to your body. Green vegetable are always welcome in your new improved diet plan. Make salad mandatory part of your meal. Raw vegetable are better than boiled or cooked vegetables.

4. Soda and sweetened water: Avoid them at any cost. Soft drinks with sodas and aerated water are harmful to your body. It contains lots of sugar.

5. Milk and Egg products: Opt for skimmed milk instead of whole milk. If you eat eggs regularly restrict your intake to maximum 1 in a day. Otherwise alternate days would be a better idea. Eggs have good amount of fats in them.

6. Fried food: Munching on fried snacks any time a day is very wrong habit. You must avoid oily food at any cost. It appears that the oil they are fried in is drained away but they are still full of fats and calories.

7. Processed and preserved food: Ready made food is one of the biggest wrong habits of our generation. Food should be eaten immediately after cooking. Food stored in freezer for months looses all its value.

8. Tea and coffee: Your day doesn’t start without tea, your noon doesn’t pass without coffee but hey, you are stuffing your body with so many calories. Better go for black tea/coffee. When you add milk and sugar in it that makes it more harmful.
